Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• To start a return, contact xchembrosx@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital downloads or e-gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
