2. Do I need any experience to build the miniatures?

Not at all! Each kit includes detailed instructions, and most projects can be completed by beginners. It’s a relaxing and rewarding craft for any skill level.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times vary by location and supplier:

  • U.S. & Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Europe & U.K.: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

4. Where do your products ship from?

Our suppliers are based in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, depending on the product. We always choose the fastest available warehouse to reduce delivery time.

5. My order has multiple items — will they arrive together?

Sometimes items ship separately if they come from different supplier warehouses. Don’t worry — all tracking numbers will be sent to you, and everything will arrive safely.

6. What if I receive a damaged or missing item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@baybreezestore.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

We can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing or transit.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Some items include optional gift packaging — check the product page for availability!

9. Are your DIY kits safe for kids?

Most kits are designed for ages 14+ due to small parts and intricate assembly. For younger crafters, adult supervision is recommended.
